If your plans change, 

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure time with no penalty, and receive a full refund for reservations made during non-holiday periods. 

Holiday periods include but are not limited to:

Labor Day Weekend (Friday - Monday), Memorial Day Weekend (Friday - Monday), Forth of July Week, Thanksgiving Week (Wednesday-Sunday) , Presidents Day Weekend (Friday - Monday), Easter Weekend (Friday- Sunday) and Christmas week (Dec. 24th-Jan 3rd). 

Cancelation requests during holiday periods need to be made by 5pm, 5 days before reservation date to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made within the 5 day window will receive a full credit that is good for two years from scheduled departure date. 

Same day cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but will receive full credit towards a future reservation. Credit is good for two years from date of issue. 

Bad Weather - If your charter is canceled because of bad weather, you will get a full refund. Weather-Related cancellations and cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will receive a full refund. Weather-related cancellations can only me made by the Captain.

No refunds for No-shows. No Exceptions. No-shows will also be charged an additional 20% of the paid total for a gratuity to the captain/crew.
